As a cleaning company, we only provide cleaning services. You need to have the cleaning products already on site, but don't worry, you can get everything you need through our partners. When you place an order, we will provide you with more information about what products you need to have available at home. In addition to the cleaning products, we also need to give the worker access to running water and allow them to work with a vacuum cleaner and mop, which need to be available on site.
As soon as you have a problem, we are ready to respond immediately. In case of dissatisfaction with the cleaning, we can either do it again or refund it, it all depends on your options. In case of damages, please do not hesitate to contact us with photos. We are insured so you don't have to worry about losing anything.
For the protection of our staff, all animals must be secured to prevent worker-animal contact and the worker must be informed of their presence at the cleaning site.
Cleaning is ordered through the order form on the website <a href="/en/">thecleaners.cz</a>. In the case of a one-off cleaning, payment for it will be made immediately after ordering, by credit card through the payment gateway. In the case of recurring cleanings, the first cleaning is paid for immediately after the order is placed and for all other cleanings the money is automatically charged to the connected credit card the day after the cleaning.
